A brief look at the experiences, pivots, and milestones that shaped my journey at the intersection of technology, data, and analytical strategy.

2021 – 2024 | The Foundations of Logic, Law, and Leadership

Long before I committed to a terminal window and source code, I was fascinated by the power of structured logic and advocacy. During this chapter, I split my time between early technical exploration and competitive frameworks where I could put my analytical skills to the test.

• Mock Trial: This is where my analytical foundation was built. I spent hours dissecting complex civil and criminal case packets, uncovering hidden logical flaws, and developing comprehensive case theories. Standing before presiding judges to deliver opening statements and conduct sharp cross-examinations taught me how to think on my feet and articulate technical ideas under pressure.
• Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA): My time in FBLA allowed me to translate structural thinking into tangible corporate and technical business strategies. Competing across regional levels, I earned competitive awards that validated my focus on analytical decision-making, strategic planning, and presentation delivery under tight guidelines.
• HyperStream & Model UN: Through the HyperStream program, I got my first real taste of hands-on technology, engineering fundamentals, and computer science concepts. Simultaneously, competing in Model UN sharpened my skills in international policy, objective brief analysis, and strategic negotiation.
• Service: I am deeply committed the principles of my religion. As Jesus taught: "...love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another." During this time, I participated heavily in hosted activities meant to serve the community. Some big, some small. We transcribed gravestones, built footpaths, and volunteered at food banks. A lifetime of compassionate service is one of the things that I want to be known for.

2024 – 2025 | The Salt Lake City Chapter: Cross-Cultural Communication

A year of full-time volunteer service, achieving Portuguese fluency, and navigating community outreach within a major metropolitan hub. In 2024, I stepped away from the classroom for a full-time volunteer mission in Salt Lake City, Utah, specifically assigned to the Portuguese-speaking demographic. Operating in a major urban center required rapid adaptation and deep community engagement. We were expected to devote all of our time to service and teaching... for that span of time, that becomes your life. Through daily, high-intensity immersion within the vibrant Brazilian and Portuguese-speaking communities of the Salt Lake valley, I mastered the language and achieved professional fluency. My daily responsibilities centered on teaching, public speaking, and community support. I gained extensive experience navigating cross-cultural dynamics. This chapter sharpened my linguistic pattern recognition, an analytical asset I look forward to applying to foreign technical datasets and Mandarin Chinese.

2025 – Present | The Tech Pivot & Systems Engineering

Stepping into Computer Science, digital compliance, and data analytics at BYU-Idaho.

Upon returning, I channeled my love for logic and structure into a formal B.S. in Computer Science at Brigham Young University - Idaho. This current chapter is all about building difficult technical skills.

• Digital Accessibility Specialist: Currently, I work on the university’s front lines of digital compliance. I run comprehensive accessibility audits across web ecosystems, dive deep into front-end architectures and source code, and ensure digital platforms meet strict federal WCAG standards.
• What I'm Building Now: When I'm not auditing code for accessibility, I am deep in data structures, algorithms, and database analytics. I am focused on building a profile that bridges the gap between pure software development and high-level strategy.

The Next Chapter

I am currently positioning myself for upcoming opportunities in data analytics, software engineering, and patent law landscapes for the future. I am actively looking for environments where I can deploy my unique mix of technical fluency, multi-language capabilities, and analytical writing to solve complex, real-world problems.
